Items are shipped via regular mail with tracking and take 2-7 business days for delivery.
Express Delivery for next business day delivery to most cities and 2-4 business day delivery everywhere else.
Items will be shipped flat in tough mailer with an acid free sleeve and backing board or postal tube where required.

Delivery takes approximately 10-15 business days from shipping date, depending on customs and public holidays. The quoted time frame is an approximate indication of shipping time, however with international shipping, there is always the possibility of unforeseen delays.

International express delivery to most cities within 2-4 business days.
Items will either be shipped flat in a tough mailer with an acid free sleeve and backing board or in a mailing tube, which ever is the most appropriate and cost effective for the destination.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING NOTE:
Customers are responsible for any and all fees, taxes and tariffs associated with Customs. Please check with your Customs Department or local postal service before making a purchase to see if additional fees will be charged. Failure to pay Customs fees and taxes will result in the item being returned to Little Wings Creative Co®. In this instance the shipping costs are not refundable and additional shipping costs maybe charged.
In the case of force de majeure Little Wings Creative Co® is not responsible for delays or situations beyond our control and refunds or replacements will be handled at our discretion.
Returns & Refunds
At Little Wings Creative Co®, your satisfaction is our first priority. If your item is incorrect or faulty upon receipt then email us within 2 days of receiving your order. Please provide a full, clear photograph of any damaged items and your order number for proof of purchase. The damaged product will be replaced with the same item as soon as possible. An alternative product or refund will be offered in cases where stock is no longer available. A refund of the purchase price of the product, including postage costs, will be given if the product is deemed to be faulty upon receipt.
Determination of whether the product failure or damage is due to manufacturing defects, damage during shipping or otherwise is within the sole discretion of Little Wings Creative Co®.
All wholesale/bulk orders are final and no refunds or returns are provided. We are happy to answer any questions you may have prior to ordering.
NOTE: We will not provide a refund for unwanted items due to a change of mind. Items may be exchanged at the discretion of Little Wings Creative Co® but the customer must pay shipping for any returns and exchanges.
We do our best to ensure your order arrives safely. If delivery is attempted but unsuccessful due to an incorrect/incomplete address being supplied, failure to collect it, or failure to pay custom fees then it will be automatically returned to Little Wings Creative Co®. Orders that are returned due to failure by the customer to collect upon delivery will be refunded (unless the product is a customised or personalised design – please see below), minus shipping charges and a $5 USD re-stocking and admin fee.
Customised / Personalised Designs
No returns or refunds will be given for customised, personalised or custom designed orders as we make every effort to ensure that you are happy with your design prior to shipping.
All digital items are non-refundable and cannot be returned or exchanged
Please review your order carefully as, while we try to be as accommodating as possible, Little Wings Creative Co® is not responsible for revising or cancelling orders once they have been placed.
